Shipping policy

We ship all items as promptly as possible but with the nature of the products being 3D printed to order, several days can elapse before shipment. A majority of the orders will ship within 3 business days unless multiple large items are ordered. If there are any questions about your order, we will attempt to reach out to confirm the order before cancelling and providing a full refund. USPS, FedEx, and UPS are utilized for delivery, and multiple orders may be combined into a single shipment and additional shipping charges refunded once the delivery is confirmed.

We cannot be held responsible for carrier delays, please note any carriers' published announcements for delays and expected shipment times, especially during holidays and outside conditions. Items lost in transit will be replaced after sufficient time has elapsed and carrier investigation has been completed. Any deliveries marked as completed and confirmed to be at the provided shipping address are not eligible for replacement or refund as there is not guarantee to the security or activity of the destination address. We are not responsible for incorrect shipping addresses on placed orders, please double check that it is correct, and notify us immediately if there is an error.
